Shipping policy

Shipping area. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. After processing, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday periods.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at Qualitykingg100@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
