This website is operated by Hushharbor. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hushharbor. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show them exactly. Some items, such as random-color sets, are packed at random. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Occasionally our site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies; we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

5. Product use and safety
Squishies and similar toys contain small parts and are recommended for ages 14+. They are not suitable for children under 3. Please supervise use and keep away from heat.

Payments and hosting are provided by third parties, including Shopify. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hushharbor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
